The service

The service uses the birth date, birth time and birthplace you provide to calculate an astrological chart and generate a free personalised digital report. A verified account is required to save and return to that report. Celestial+ is an optional paid membership providing daily astrology, forecasts, interactive chart features, timelines and archetype content.

Astrological interpretation is reflective content, not a factual assessment of personality or a prediction of future events. Results are generated from the information supplied and the calculation methods available at the time.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe. You may submit another person’s birth information only with their knowledge and permission, or where you have lawful parental or other authority. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted.

Celestial+ prices and payment

Celestial+ is offered at £11 per month, £69 per year, or as a one-time lifetime membership. The Founding Lifetime price is £111 for the first 1,000 completed memberships; after that offer is exhausted, the one-time price is £249. There is currently no free trial. Payment is processed by Stripe. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; lifetime membership does not renew.

You can manage or cancel a recurring subscription through the secure billing area. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues until the end of the current paid period. A lifetime membership provides access for the operating life of the Celestial service; it is personal, non-transferable and does not promise that the service will operate indefinitely. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any taxes expressly stated at checkout. We may refuse or refund a transaction affected by pricing error, suspected fraud, unlawful use or a technical inability to supply the membership.

Report and account access

The personalised report is available without a report charge, but you must verify an account to save it. Calculation services or unusual birth information can cause delay. Keep account credentials, private links and access codes secure. You are responsible for activity by anyone to whom you give access. Public sharing makes a report accessible to anyone with the public link.

Tell us promptly if delivery fails. We may correct, regenerate or replace a report where the service has made a material technical error. We are not responsible for a different result caused by inaccurate or incomplete birth information supplied by you.

Permitted use and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, download, print and privately share your report and subscription content. You may not resell reports, reproduce the service at scale, scrape its content, bypass subscription or access controls, reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing interpretation database without written permission.

You retain rights in information you submit. Rumil One Ltd and its licensors retain rights in the website, designs, software, report structure and original interpretation text.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve or replace parts of the service and its calculation providers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Where a report or paid feature becomes temporarily unavailable, we will take reasonable steps to restore access. We will not materially reduce a paid subscription during its current period, or arbitrarily remove a valid lifetime membership while the Celestial service continues to operate, without a valid operational or legal reason.

Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for decisions, losses or consequences arising from treating an astrological interpretation as professional advice or a guaranteed prediction.

If you use the service for business purposes, our aggregate liability connected with Celestial+ will not exceed the recurring charges paid in the preceding 12 months or, for lifetime access, the price paid for that lifetime membership. This business-use limit does not reduce the protections available to consumers under UK law.

Ending access and resolving concerns

We may restrict access where there is payment fraud, unlawful conduct, abusive use or an attempt to compromise the service. Where practical, we will explain the reason and preserve access through the end of any legitimately paid subscription period or, for a valid lifetime membership, while the Celestial service continues to operate. Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring a claim in the courts applicable to where they live.
